Lateral leadership
The term lateral leadership is used quite often and is often an “expectation” of coworkers. However, management often overlooks the fact that many times the frontline co-workers don’t know what lateral leadership is. Often, what lateral leadership means to the frontline co-workers is not the same as what it means to the management team. This course will define what lateral leadership is and what it looks like as well as give a layout on how and when to display lateral leadership characteristics
This is an asymmetrically delivered course that you can progress through at your own pace. It utilizes video, audio, jokes, handoluts, and knowledge assessments to keep you as engaged as possible. In the end, in addition to learning a little bit, if you are an ATC, you can earn CEU’s.
